Etiquetado 101 was created as an educational tool to help people navigate the overwhelming amount of information surrounding food and nutrition today. The project responds to the need for clarity around how everyday products are labeled, empowering users to read, understand, and make more informed decisions about what they consume.

The project takes the form of a 52 card deck, each one addressing essential concepts related to food labeling and nutritional awareness. Given the density of information, the visual approach was designed to feel accessible and engaging rather than instructional or heavy. Drawing inspiration from Swiss and Bauhaus principles, the system balances structure with boldness, transforming complex content into something clear, digestible, and easy to return to. The result is an educational object that invites curiosity while supporting healthier relationships with food and long term well being.
